Join us for a powerful, ladies-only self-defense camp at, designed to give women of all ages the tools they need to feel safer, stronger, and more confident in everyday life. Whether you’re heading to college, walking to your car at night, or just want to feel more empowered in your daily routine—this camp is for you.
You’ll learn practical, easy-to-remember self-defense techniques based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—no experience necessary. We’ll also dive into crucial topics like situational awareness, boundary setting, and how to recognize and respond to potential threats.
Led by an experienced female instructor in a supportive, judgment-free environment, this camp is all about building confidence, capability, and community.
When: July 14th - July 17th
Time: 10 AM - 11:30 AM
Cost: $150.00
What to wear: Comfortable fitness attire!
What to bring: Just a water bottle!

Classes are Wednesday evenings from 6:00PM-7:00PM.
The classes will run continuously at $60/month for non-members.
If you are a member of May River BJJ - this class is FREE!
